NineThirty Collectibles: Terms of Service

1. Overview

This website is operated by NineThirty LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NineThirty LLC. By purchasing from our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Product Nature & Accuracy

NineThirty Collectibles creates custom-printed trading cards based on information and images provided by the customer.

User Error: We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or statistical errors submitted by the customer via our upload forms. Please double-check all text before submitting.

Color Matching: Due to variations in monitor settings and professional printing processes, we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match between your digital screen and the final printed card.

3. User-Generated Content & Image Rights

By uploading a photo to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are the parent or legal guardian of the minor depicted in the photo, or you have obtained express permission from the parent/guardian.

You own the copyright to the image or have been granted a license to use the image for custom printing (e.g., a "print release" from a professional photographer).

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NineThirty LLC from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from a breach of copyright or unauthorized use of an image you provided.

4. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse to print any order containing imagery or text that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of copyright laws.

5. Fulfillment & Shipping

Production Time: Custom design and printing typically takes 7-10 business days before shipping.

Shipping Risk: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS), the risk of loss or delay passes to the customer. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

Fulfillment Profiles: Shipping costs are calculated based on the fulfillment profile assigned to the product (9/18 packs vs. 27 packs).

6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Exceptions: If your cards arrive physically damaged or if there is a printing defect caused by our equipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and, if approved, issue a replacement at no cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NineThirty LLC be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the products sold.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
