FAQ

  • Ordering is quick and easy. Simply select your pack size, complete the form, and upload your photos after checkout. Once your order is submitted, our team designs your custom card. We will share proofs with you for approval before it is printed. You’ll receive your finished card shortly after!

  • Action shots or clear, well-lit photos work best, but phone photos are perfectly fine. If you don’t have a professional photo, don’t worry! Just make sure the subject is in focus and easy to see.

  • Most orders are completed and shipped within 7-10 business days after receiving all photos and details.
